Contribution I worked alongside the Global Employer Branding team to create a series of six LinkedIn recruiting videos for SAP Academy for Customer Success. This content played a pivotal role in attracting top talent for a highly competitive program, aimed at drawing in the best 25,000 applicants for the 300 spots available.
Task
The challenge was to craft compelling video content that would resonate with a highly qualified and diverse pool of talent. The project needed to showcase SAP’s culture, values, and career opportunities, while aligning with the broader 2024 recruiting campaign goals. We had to balance storytelling with clear messaging, ensuring the videos highlighted SAP’s position as a leading employer in the tech industry.
