Brand System Integration

1. Led New Branding Rollout

SAP had changed its branding globally and the SAP Academy for Customer Success program needed to integrate the new branding into all of its program and instructional assets immediately.

I delivered the update to all brand assets and developed a SharePoint asset library, successfully rolling it out in three months.

2. Led Brand System Training for Adoption

Furthermore, I conducted 3 months of enablement and training sessions to drive adoption, ensuring consistent brand application across four departments and all instructional materials.

Visual Content: Video, Design & Photography

1. Creative Content Strategy for Program

I owned all visual content, enhancing program storytelling through video and photography.

I developed content plans for the two key in-person training phases, bringing 300+ employees together (lasting 2 weeks at a time), boosting internal visibility and recruiting impact.

Key deliverables included launching a new photo studio for faculty headshots, producing participant video interviews for marketing, event photos, capturing executive sessions and key partnerships.

(This video includes the tools used from concept, to execution – MindMapping, Airtable project management, and Digital Asset Management and delivery of media directory.)

2. Video Campaigns

I produced several videos for the SAP Academy to increase the program’s presence internally & externally.

This included event recaps, branded videos, and participant footage that was used on social media for recruiting purposes.

(Filmed & Edited by me, unless collaboration otherwise noted.)

All Videos Produced and Edited by me – with the exceptions of the “LinkedIn Recruiting” Videos, which were Created in collaboration with Nnekka Meh, Global Employer Branding Team (Video Editor). My Contribution: Pre-Production, Interviews & Filming.

3. Design Work

As part of the goal to elevate the program’s communications materials I created refreshed materials including, presentation decks, email templates, Sharepoint pages, newsletters, swag, clothing and informational graphics.

4. Photography Art Direction on "Next-Gen" Campaign

To Be Released Spring 2025. Contributed to photography art direction for a campaign unveiling the new name, ‘Next-Gen at SAP’ – a People & Culture initiative highlighting the versatility and talent of early-career employees at SAP.
